My background
My name is Marianne, and I am a mother of two children of primary school age. I have always had a burning interest in creativity and design, and have spent a lot of time finding ways to combine my own passion for art and craft with being able to create good experiences for my own children. With a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, as well as a bachelor’s degree in applied computer technology, I have gained a solid foundation in both the creative and technical fields. In addition, I have studied pedagogy, sewing and drawing, shape and color, which gives me a broad perspective on how we can learn through practical and creative expression.
Lageriet is therefore a natural extension of my own interest and experience. I want to use all my expertise – both creative, technical and pedagogical – to inspire children, young people and adults to use their own creativity. I believe in the magic of making something with your own hands, and want to make it easier for families to find the time and energy to be creative together.

Our vision is simple: We want to inspire more creativity in everyday life. We believe that creative expression is important for both children and adults, not only to develop skills, but to strengthen the bonds between people. We want to help more people take time to be together and create something beautiful, whether it’s in the form of a homemade card for a special occasion or a weekly DIY routine with the kids.
We dream of making Lageriet a place where people find new ways to be creative, both alone and with their loved ones. In the long term, we want to expand with courses, workshops and creative events that make it easier to share and learn creativity together – whether it’s for a birthday party, a meeting of friends or a corporate event.
